By downloading, installing, or using Clue ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Clue grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial interview preparation purposes.
You may not:
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
The App uses a minute-based usage system. Each active session minute deducts from your balance. Balances are non-refundable once consumed. Minute packs do not expire. Subscription plans are valid for the stated duration.
All plan purchases and top-ups are handled manually through our team. Payment is processed after confirmation via email. Once a plan is activated, it is non-refundable.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. We will not change prices for already-activated plans or active subscriptions mid-term.

Clue includes a Stealth Mode feature that makes the application window invisible to screen-sharing software. By enabling this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
The App captures audio from your microphone and optionally your system audio, and can capture screen regions via the snippet feature. By using these features, you consent to this capture for the purpose of generating AI assistance.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from other parties on your calls before using the App's audio capture features. Recording calls without consent may be illegal in your jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current active plan.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. Unused balance may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
